You will be charged £9.99 for shipping. However, this includes the postage to you, back to us and then to your loved one. 

Step 2 - Write Your Message

This is your moment. Use the included stationery to write your letter by hand — or upload a typed version if you prefer. There’s no wrong way to say what you need to say.

It’s your voice, your story, your moment to give.

Step 3 - Send It Back to Us for Safe Keeping

Once your letter is complete, simply place it in the envelope we’ve provided. Write your recipient’s name and any special instructions — we’ll guide you through what to include.

Then send it back to us using our secure return envelope. If you're creating a digital message, you can upload it safely through our encrypted online form.

From there, we store your letter in a secure archive, protected and waiting for the moment it’s meant to be opened.

Step 4 - We Deliver It When the Time Comes

Whether you've scheduled your letter for a specific date — like an 18th birthday in May 2036 — or for a life event such as “on their wedding day,” we’ll ensure it arrives exactly when it should.

If your recipient moves or contact details change, we’ll reach out to your nominated backup contact to confirm delivery.
