I’m the creator of Legacy Letters, and also a mum, daughter, and storyteller at heart. I started this journey wanting to create something meaningful for my own children — a way to be present in their futures, even if I couldn’t be there physically. I now help others do the same by overseeing every letter, every detail, and every delivery, ensuring your messages are protected until the perfect moment arrives.
📦 Danniella – The Organiser
Danniella is our behind-the-scenes powerhouse. She keeps everything flowing — from preparing kits and managing deliveries to keeping our operations smooth and stress-free. She’s the one making sure every detail is handled with precision, and every customer gets exactly what they need, when they need it.

Chloe brings heart and warmth to everything we do. She’s the friendly voice you’ll often hear if you have a question or need help, and she’s gifted at guiding people through emotional decisions with compassion. Chloe is all about connection — whether it’s through customer care or helping shape the comforting tone of our letters and messaging.
